Creating a Template with Interchangable Parts

You should lay out better what you want to do. 

I doubt that tools on the CC side will help you here except for preparing data.

For example, I want to create a template where I can enter data like an agents photo, name, phone number and it will input to my already designed template.

This is possible with InDesign. However, social media content has it's own requirements.
