Creative Cloud 113 Kodu Hatası

A few days ago, I purchased Creative Cloud's Student discount package. (I purchased all the applications.) But Creative Cloud did not download. The authorities sent me a file and I was able to download Creative Cloud from this file, but I could neither update Creative Cloud nor download the application. Both of them gave Error Code 113. (There is a photo for information) No official could solve my problem. I turned off my antivirus and firewall and tried different internet networks. But the problem is not solved. (I did everything on the Adobe support site.) Please help me, I don't want my money to go to waste.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

i'm assuming no cc app was installed.  if that's incorrect do not proceed and update this thread.  otherwise:

uninstall the cc desktop app, again using the correct uninstaller per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-messaging

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

check for, and if available, update your os

if windows is your os, repair all ms visual c++ versions that can be repaired (use google if you don't know how to do this)

if windows is your os update your ms visual c++, if it can be updated (use google if you don't know how to do this)

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app using the "alternative download links" at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

NOTE: win 11 users that have trouble with the latest win 10 installer often have success with the older win 10 installer.

you should follow the steps in my previous  message, in the order listed.

 

it's not possible to say whether you'll need the last step which includes updating and repairing your visual c++ versions.
