Creative Cloud 2019 Updates Unavailable?

Are the latest updates getting released regionally or something? I've check religiously since the Adobe Max conference, but they are still unavailable in the CC Desktop App. I tried going to the Adobe website to try and manually install the update for InDesign, but you know what the website does? It pulls up the Desktop app, which doesn't have updates. Useless. In fact, the desktop app doesn't even show any newer versions (latest for InDesign, for example, is v.13.1).

I've seen that many people have had issues with the new releases, but they aren't even available for me.

Correct answer Nancy OShea

I've tried everything short of uninstalling and reinstalling because it won't let me do that without uninstalling all my programs, and unfortunately, we're too swamped to start from scratch right now. So far nothing has worked, so that may be the last option.

Upcoming Changes to Creative Cloud OS Support for Windows and Mac | Adobe Blog

"If you’re running Windows 8.1, Windows 10 v1511 and v1607 or Mac OS 10.11 (El Capitan), you can continue to run and install current and previous versions of Creative Cloud applications. However, you will not be able to install or run the next major release of Creative Cloud unless you’re on a supported version of Windows or MacOS."

To be honest, I am confused by what you mean. The Version Release Notes page shows this as the most recent, which is the version I have: Version 4.7.0.400 released on 09/24/2018 (mandatory release)

I have a similar problem on my windows 7 computer. Reinstalling the OS would help, but that is not what you would normally like to do.

I uninstall the programs and install again. It’s tricky, but it works. And as we soon will upgrade to Windows 10 I hope that my problem will go away as we do normally clean system upgrades.

Just because someone might ask, I am running Windows 10 Enterprise, 64-bit. My Creative Cloud is Version 4.7.0.400. Yes, I tried the Check for Updates button.
