Creative cloud 2020 crashes.

I'm having trouble with a number of Creative cloud 2020 apps crashing on the splash window. After effects, Character animator are 2, photoshop works fine.

I've never had this problem before.

I got the same issue on my mac, the creative cloud app won't open and keep loading on top bar. The Adobe CS help me to fix with the remote session but they can't fix this issue, really frustrating.

I am having the same problems. I never had crashes before and now after effects 2020 is crashing with all VR on both my mac pro and msi windows 10 laptop. It's incredibly frustrating.
