Some time after the long remote and unsuccessful assistance session I received a message advicing to follow a procedure to fully remove the current version files and directories (the same procedure can be found in the community)  and  install a new Creative Cloud version (3.5.1.209).

I couldn't answer in few days (I'm not a professional, I work on Adobe products as an hobby only in week ends when the Chat support is not available from Italy).

After a few days I received a new mail saying that my case had been considered closed.

Immediately after that I did all the steps described by the previous mail but the resul was NULL. CC version 3.5.1.209 on my Windows 7 professional behaves exacltly as the previous ones, Nothing has changed. I cannot manage to update any applications, all update tabs do nothing.

Someone had the same problem ?
