Creative Cloud 30-day trial lost due to refresh. Please advise. Thank you.

After successfully downloading Creative Cloud 30-day trial I had to reset my computer to a date previous to the download date. As a result the Creative Cloud programs were lost. I have been unsuccessful in downloading it again. Please advise. Thank you.

Thanks for getting back to me. I was able to reinstall Creative Cloud by following the instructions in the help panel. For some reason the first time I tried to reinstall it didn't work, but the second time was successful.  Thank you again!

Jo annb18997675 what specific error message do you receive when trying to reinstall the Adobe Creative applications?  Also which operating system are you using?  What steps have you implemented to resolve the current error?
