Creative Cloud 4.6.0.384 killed my suite and I cannot work

Hello,

I'm just at the end of a working deadline and this appened.

I run Windows 7 updated on everything, every driver is updated I used to work fine untill today.

Today Creative Cloud updated to 4.6.0.384, then never started back (APPCRASH) with following Adobe License Utility Helper stopping and bye bye After Effects, Photoshop crashing etc.

It 's five bloody hours that I'm trying everything:

i) uninstall, with the CC Uninstaller.exe that succeded but it had problems (so it told me without specyifing;

ii) tried to install Creative_Cloud_Set-Up: APPCRASH;

iii) tried to switch to a new admin user and execute Creative_Cloud_Set-Up: APPCRASH;

iv) enter safe mode: could execute Creative_Cloud_Set-Up but Creative Cloud didn't start properly and asked recover;

v) did recover Creatice Cloud then APPCRASH;

vi) used the AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool and cleaned everything;

vii) cleaned the OOBE directories (in proframs x86 and users) the0n restarted in safe mode (without any antivirus or other programs, only keeping the internet);

viii) reinstalled Creative_Cloud_Set-Up (a new freshly downloaded copy just to be safe): installs the gets stuck claiming for recovering (that crashes):

ix) since it occurred a couple of times that I got also the message "Node.js: Server-side JavaScript has stopped working" I made sure that "Microsoft.NET Framework 3.5.1 is not unchecked"!!!!

I did this like 10 times in any combination, cleaning and reinstalling, in safe and regular mode, with NO SUCCESS.

I'm stuck, cannot work, gotta explain my clients.

Tried even the system restore to a couple of days back and nothing got solved: Creative Cloud 4.6.0.384 crashes and cannot access to my software.

I CANNOT WORK ANYMORE.

Please help, Creative Cloud 4.6.0.384 is buggy on Windows 7

Sorry to hear that you are having trouble using your Creative Cloud apps post updating the desktop app to the latest version.

Thank you for sharing all the steps that you have already tried, next I would recommend you to perform a manual cleanup of the CC Desktop app by using the steps given here: Photoshop Installation Failed

After this use the direct download links given in the following help document to download and install the CC Desktop app again: Download Creative Cloud desktop app.

Thank you Bani for your quick answer.

1) I did everything you suggested then I downloaded the Creative Cloud desktop app via the "Download from Adobe.com " link (this way I download the file "Creative_Cloud_Set-Up.exe" that DIDN'T WORK (APPCRASH during installation)

2) then I used a different link: "Download using direct download links", this made me donwload a different installer (actually is a .zip file) much bigger named "ACCCx4_5_0_331.zip ". 

This file contains a more extensive installer to Creative Cloud 4.5.0.331, this installation SUCCEEDED and I suddenly UNCHECKED "keep Creative Cloud desktop updated" from Prefereces\General in order not to auto update to buggy 4.6.0.384.
