Unable to upgrade to InDesign 15.0.3 update

Why on my iMac, CC states 15.0.2 is up to date, when InDesign 15.0.3 updated great on MacBook Pro?

So many awful bugs and I don't understand why I'm told I'm up to date w/15.0.2 when I know there is a fix!
