Não consigo fazer download da creative cloud pois a pagina esta constantemente a actualizar e nao me deixa sequer colocar as credenciais

Were you able to download Creative Cloud with the help of the link shared above? Are you on Mac or Windows? 

What version of operating system are you using?

check to see if your computer meets the requirements for installing the cc desktop app,  https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/creative-cloud-desktop-app-system-requirements.html

 

then, if you think your computer does meet specs, what are its

 

processor

operating system

ram

free operating system hard drive space

 

and what exactly do you see when you try to install the cc desktop app using the link i posted to download it?

install the cc desktop app using the "alternative download links" at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

NOTE: win 11 users that have trouble with the latest win 10 installer often have success with the older win 10 installer.
