creative cloud

I try to update creative cloud and I get error:1002. I try to delete the creative cloud software but I receive a message saying there are apps still using it (photoshop). I try to delete photoshop and this brings up the creative cloud update.

SVet9, please use the process listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html to remove Photoshop CC and the Creative Cloud desktop app.  You will need to begin by removing Photoshop so that you will not be blocked from uninstalling the Creative Cloud desktop app.
