Creative cloud account blocked

Hello,

we are having an issue with our Creative Cloud account.

Our last payment has been declined last month, due to someone forgetting to recharge our prepaid card. Two or so days ago the license was disactivated after the 30 days expiring.

When we log into our account and try to manage the new payment, a loading symbol keeps charging without anything happening. Also, we can't seem to retrieve the old invoices from previous months.

We tried contacting customer service, but all we could understand was that our account was blocked because they haven't received a payment in more than 30 days and that we should create a new one.

But why blocking the account? You can suspend the license, but not block the entire account. Also, the big red banner on top of the page says something like "Warning: if no payment is received within 90 days, the account will be blocked". But that's 90 days, not 30. Surely it hasn't been 90 days yet.

We don't want to have to create a new account, and we also need to be able to retieve the old invoices from our current account.

How can we do that?

Thanks.
