Creative Cloud Acrobat keeps asking for accept License

I have a subscription to CC. As of the last update to cc 2019 I have been noticing that every time I open a .pdf Acrobat opens it and then it asks me to accept the license agreement. If I look in my CC account I see that Acrobat is NOT a part of creative cloud ( unless I'm wrong?) but I only see  Acrobat DC. What do I do here? anyone?
