Hi, I have a Creative Cloud All Apps plan however I'm not able to download/install all the apps ie. Dimensions. Currently running the latest version of macOS Big Sur 11.4 and all my apps are up to date.

See screenshots of intalled and available to install apps attached.

Anyone has insight in this issue?

Yes I can't access Adobe Acrobat Pro - it's not visible on the list but is supposed to be in the subscription.

You first screen shot shows Acrobat DC - which is Acrobat Pro.

Also see the help articles below as they pertain to Creative Cloud apps on Big Sur and Apple Silicon (M1) chip computers.

your computer must meet specs (in part, check your cpu), Dimension system requirements (adobe.com)

Thanks @kglad, I seem to have the minimum required specs to run Dimensions (see screenshot attached).

However thanks @Nancy OShea seems like Dimensions is not yet supported on Big Sur:

Appreciate the help guys!

your graphics card doesn't meet specs.

you might be able to see that specific issue if you try to install directly from adobe's website instead of going through the cc app, All Apps | Adobe Creative Cloud
