Creative Cloud and Adobe InCopy CS6

We have to downgrade from InCopy 2014 to InCopy CS 6. To use our valid license we Downloaded the archived Version of InCopy via Creative Cloud. Installed it and had get a corrupt Creative Cloud Installation. No licensing via Creative Cloud is possible. Error message "Creativ Cloud is neseccary. Creative Cloud is missing or failed. Please download the latest Version. In our secur invironment it is not alowed to download Installation sources neither our users have the needes rights to install.

Any ideas?

I would advice you to Contact Customer Care  as technical troubleshooting would be required.

Hi Sheena,

unfortunately not. We got that Information already and followed the way. Fine so far. Installation was sucessful. Only Crative Cloud which comes with the way you mentioned does not. Therefore we are not able to connect to Adobe License Portal and run currently with an 30 days Trial Version. Different actions like deinstallation Creative Cloud with the removal tool and install it new does not solve the issue.
