Creative Cloud and all Files Disappearing!

Hi, so I was trying to install creative cloud, and everytime I try, I get there, and then when is says creative cloud will install in 3,... 2,... 1,... and then everything just disappears! It's been doing this for about 2 weeks now, and I don't know how to fix it, and/or what to do. Please help! (I use MacOS)
