Hi there,

recently I can't open neither Lightroom nor Photoshop. When rebooting my Mac (OS 10.12.4 Sierra) I get the message to instal "CreativeCloud Installer" but when starting to install it, it crashes.

On plus i wanted to install "Premiere Elements 15" ... same problem.

Hope someone has a solution for me.

Thanks and greetings

Johannes

As far as I can remember, yours is the first message I have read about Mac 10.12.4

I DO know that every time Apple updates Sierra, some people have problems

The only POSSIBLE solution I have read for this kind of problem is a complete re-install

Sign out of your account... Uninstall... run the Cleaner...

-for non-Cloud programs you need to DE-activate before uninstalling

-http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html (and uninstall)

-using the cleaner after uninstalling and before reinstalling is often needed

-Restart your computer... Sign in to your account... Reinstall
