Creative Cloud and PS won't reinstall after System Restore

I successfully installed Creative Cloud and PS on my computer yesterday, but I had a problem with my laptop running Windows 8.1 today and had to do a system restore which I have now done.  The restore point was to a point in the day before I installed Creative Cloud and PS free trial.  Creative Cloud and PS are now not on my computer.  I have tried numerous times to reinstall to no avail.  The installation proceeds for about 10 seconds and then the installation progress box shuts down and the installation stops.  Please can someone help me reinstall it as I have no idea what is wrong.  Thank you
