Creative Cloud App does not fully loading

When I go to the Creative Cloud app on my laptop, it doesn't fully load, and I can do nothing.

It has a little check box and two option bars, but no writing and you can't get past that screen.

I am not sure what to do because I can't access to update or install apps.
I have restarted my computer and also checked that no firewalls are blocking anything Adobe.

Please help!

No it will just uninstall the Creative Cloud desktop app, it won't affect any of the installed applications

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Creative Cloud app

Uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application

No it will just uninstall the Creative Cloud desktop app, it won't affect any of the installed applications
