Creative Cloud App does not fully loading
When I go to the Creative Cloud app on my laptop, it doesn't fully load, and I can do nothing.
It has a little check box and two option bars, but no writing and you can't get past that screen.

I am not sure what to do because I can't access to update or install apps.
I have restarted my computer and also checked that no firewalls are blocking anything Adobe.
Please help!
