Creative Cloud App does not have Premiere Pro

Hi!

I have the all apps plan and I am trying to download Premiere Pro, which is compatible with my computer, but it does not appear on my Adobe Creative Cloud App. When I go on my apps on the website I can see it, but when I clic the install button, it redirects me to the app, where i can't see the app anywhere ? 

At this point I'm lost. Can somebody help?
