Creative Cloud app Error 7

Creative cloud is not working for me. Tried to update LR CC and completed 100% download but get install error.

Tried recommended uninstall/reinstall of LR and Creative Cloud app, and disabled firewalls, but that didn't work (error 7) and now I'm left with a useless nothing!

Seems to be Creative Cloud that's the issue, although it updates photoshop just fine.

This only started at the time of the previous update, never had problems before that.

Any suggestions welcome.

All fixed now.

Turns out that Creative Cloud had changed all of my permissions and was not recognising me as an administrator. Strange that Photoshop did though?

Jeff A Wright should not of marked Ned Murphy's answer as correct.

As I answered myself, it was permissions that was the problem.

Please do not mark post as correct answer if you do not know if it actually has worked.

All fixed now.
