Creative Cloud App Installation

I just joined the cloud specifically to gain access to AE and Premier. They are both listed amongst the apps that the Cloud covers. However, my Installation Manager doesn't list the apps and if I try to install from the Apps page, it just opens my Installation Manager that lists all the other Adobe packages, but not the 2 I want.

Any ideas why this might be?

Your system does not meet the requirements. All video apps require a 64bit OS with the respective version and patches. Refer to the tech specs on the product pages.
