creative cloud app is blank

Hi!

I downloaded the trial version of Creative Cloud. It has been working fine for a week or so, but now the app has a red triangle and is blank when I open it. Should I uninstall it and reinstall or will that create further problems with it still being on a trial period?

Are you using Windows computer or Mac?
