Creative Cloud App is NOT working
After having two Adobe support technicians spend 2 hours each on two different days they finally elevated me to some overseas upper tier support (who called me from a "10000000" number which my phone blocks. In any event, I am on a newer mac running 10.12.4. I have started, out of the blue, having issues with Adobe CC updating and installing. It hangs on 43% most of the time unless itis Adobe Acrobat which tells me I have a previous "higher" version installed and cannot install. Which I do not have another version.
