Creative Cloud app keeps malfunctioning, APPS menu disappears
Does anyone know what to do when the "Apps" Menu in the Creative Cloud application disappears?
This has happened to me twice now, and each time the only solution has been reaching out to a tech support person from Adobe who then has to remotely take over my computer, clean up, remove and reinstall a new version of Creative Cloud.
In the meantime, I am unable to access any CC apps, but I am still charged the license fee.
Is this a problem others are experiencing? Can we apply for a refund?
