Creative Cloud app not loading on iPad 4 iOS 10.3.3

I recently bought an iPad gen 4 and was excited to use it for my creative production. Unknowinglly, I bought the last model that would not be upgraded past ios 10.3.3 to 11+. With that said, all other adobe mobile apps seem to work on my iPad, but every time I load CC, it gives me the spinning loading wheel of death. Every once in a while it will load into tutorials but I cannot click out of it, and if I select a tutorial the CC app will be stuck in it and I have to uninstall the app.

please help!
