Creative Cloud app NOT showing all installed CC apps

Hi,

I’m a CC subscriber on a Windows 10 computer.

I have Ps, Ai (Illustrator), Id (InDesign) and Dw (Dreamweaver) CC installed BUT the Creative Cloud app is only showing Ps and Dw CC as currently installed on my computer. (I also have CS6 Ps, Dw and Captivate, as well as Acrobat XI installed. Of these the Creative Cloud app only detects Ps and Dw CS6)

I have followed the advice on

https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/apps-panel-reflect-creative-cloud.html

and, in addition,

(1) I also signed out of my Adobe account in my browser and

(2) used Task Manager to ensure no Adobe software was running

However, when I opened the Creative Cloud app and signed in through it, only Ps and Dw CC and CS6 are listed  as installed apps.

Thanks for you help.

Captivate is not part of Creative Cloud.  It's separate.

Older Creative Suite products like Acrobat X are also not part of Creative Cloud.

Open CC Desktop App.

Click the 3 dots icon and select Check for App Updates.
