Creative cloud app not working

Hi there,

Since the last update, whenever I try and launch the CC app I get the CC app screen come up but it is blank with no sign in boxes or sign in button so I can't see my apps, Behance or any of the other tabs.  I have notification that I have updates available but no way of doing it due to CC app not working.

I have a screen capture if needed to be seen.

Hi Fran Bloor,

Windows: Navigate to C/Users/User Name/AppData/Local/Adobe/OOBE/opm.db and delete it.

Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/opm.db and trash it.

Launch CC desktop and try to sign in.
