This morning the Creative Cloud App is not connecting to the Adobe website. looks like there are two updates that are needed, but I can download and install these, due to above connection problem. Try to uninstall Cloud App but it will not uninstall because Photoshop is installed. Can't uninstall Photoshop becuse Cloud App Can not connect to Adobe, and until it does it is showing nothing orther than No Internet error. I have internet. Time is correct. GPU driver is correct. What fresh hell of an application is this nonsense Adobe are peddling.

You need secure TLS 1.2 connections to connect with Adobe.  TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 are end of life now.  See links below

https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/multi/eol-tls-support.html

https://help.wheniwork.com/articles/enable-tls-v12-on-your-web-browser/

Hope that helps.

Which operating system do you use?

Do you get an error message? If yes, please post the exact message.

Please take also a look here:

Especially check your HOSTS file.
