Creative Cloud App Restarts Every 10 minutes

At first, it was crashing every half hour. So I uninstalled it, used the clean tool and reinstalled.

Now, it just restarts every 10 minutes. Instead of crashing, it just says 'Creative Cloud is restarting'.

This is more of a MAJOR nuisance than anything. I can still work, it just breaks up work flow as it prominently lets me know it's restarting all the time.

Any thoughts?
