Creative Cloud app stopped working/restarting - caused by proxy
Hello,
Just wanted to share Cloud app crash problem description with you, what is directly caused by proxy.
This is something what Adobe support may not notice when you describe your problem.
Basically I tried to reinstall cloud app, uninstalled old one. Downloaded brand new installer from adobe web.
App was installed, could log in, choosed Photoshop CC installation, and after short time app crashed.
With testing I noticed 2 messages:
Adobe Creative Cloud has stopped working, windows is checking for a solution to the program. App did quit with same process. When I opened app, I was logged out.

Later on, these crashes came randomly, while reinstalling app, logging in, opening cloud app menus etc.
Tried to uninstall and clean computer from all Adobe products. Deleted adobe registry keys, adobe folders, used ccleaner etc. Nothing helped, and same time other programs installed in same computer with no problems.
So I decided just to try installation process when computer wasn't in proxy network, and voila - 0 crashes. Everything works perfectly!
So this proxy configuration for Adobe Cloud seems pretty big challenge.
I don't have tips for right proxy configuration, but at least if u experience something similar, then u know where to find solution - go check your proxy configuration.
