Creative Cloud App stucked at installation

Hi, Im really desperate as i already wasted so much time with this. 

A couple of days ago the app asked me for an update, y clicked ok then a nightmare started

It doesnt seem to be able to complete the installation. it stucks always around 40% and thats it

I dont understand what's happening, never had this kind of issues before.

i cant uninstall anything, neither the creative cloud app nor any of the programs. it wont let me.

Im on windows 10

    Hi all, I was finally able to install all the apps.

    I was having trouble at the office, installation didnt complete but today i tried at home and it worked with no issues at the first try. So Im thinking it was something probably related to some network proxy or setting at the office. Im posting this here in case someone is facing a similar issue. try in a different network.

    Anyways, thank you guys for the assistance.

    Try using this tool to un-install the CC app and then re-install

    Sorry no, that was one of the firsts things i tried among many other possible solutions. I finally managed to uninstall everything (why is it so hard to remove every file of the system!), CC, Photoshop, Illustrator and XD, tried to run again the CC installer and its the same. Stucks at 35%. Ran lots of cleaners and still. Even tried to install XD on its own installer but doesnt seem to work, stucks at 17.5%. Its really unvelievable i never seen such thing. Adobe installers just dont work. Any other app installs correctly. Im driving completely crazy as im blocked in my work. Do you have a more solid and radical solution? I even contact support by email but i didnt get a response yet. i really dont want to end up formatting... 😞
