Creative Cloud App Updates (2017) stuck

Creative Cloud indicated various CC apps have new releases. I started the update on my desktop and realized that after an hour, Photoshop CC is still stuck at 85% and all other apps are still 'waiting...'

I started the update on my laptop and it is also now stuck on 85% for Photoshop CC.

I'm seeing this too, on two machines (both Mac). On my desktop iMac I tried cleaning up and rebooting, and then Update All, and the next app in the list got stuck at 85% and stayed there.

I found I can update them individually with no problem, although that means I have to check the advanced options each time since I don't want to remove old versions just yet.

I just tried it on my MacBook Pro which normally works better than my iMac and it's doing the exact same thing.

Something seems wrong with the "Update All" function.

I am continuously getting hung up at 85% installed with Adobe Muse CC 2017. I am on a PC. I've already uninstalled ALL my Adobe Apps, then uninstalled Creative Cloud, then restarted computer, and reinstalled Creative Cloud. Still getting hung up at 85% installation on Muse. My initial reason for reinstalling Muse was due to how incredibly slow everything was when working with the program. So my problems are getting multiplied!

To update my original response, I also rebooted my desktop and Photoshop CC came up as update completed and all the other updates are still 'ready'. Photoshop CC 2017 opens up and functions just fine with RAWs. I did notice that the uninstall of Photoshop CC 2015.5 did not occur, so I'm wondering if the install process hung on doing the actual uninstall of the previous version.

The adobe online chat support people just worked on my system for over an hour and now the CC App has stopped working. Photoshop tells me my licensing has stopped working so I can't open that. I can only open Indesign via the windows start-up menu button. I'm so upset, I don't know what to do next.

I rebooted my laptop and when it came up, the CC app showed Photoshop completed, and I confirmed it was the CC 2017 version.

All others apps were updated and completed without issue.

I'm guessing my desktop will be the same, but I cannot reboot at this very moment.

I also noticed that my photoshop needed updating. i updated it and it stuck at 85% for ages. So I read this thread, rebooted the machine and sure enough there was CC 2017 showing on the CC app as being up-to-date. The opening screen is beautiful! Some guy in an icy hole looking out, Stunning.
BUT I cannot open any documents in this new version at all, so the programme is useless to me now.
