Creative Cloud Application "Download Error"

Hello,

first of all, this is a Repost the orginal Discussion is here: Creative Cloud "Download Error" message

I repost this, cause the solution which was given by one of your Staff Members did not help me..

When I go to the App section on the creative cloud manager I get the message "Download Error. Please Contact Customer Support."

Could somebody please help me fix this?

I have tried restarting my computer, signing in and out of creative cloud, and clearing the cache.

Lukasm12649297 have you tried the suggestions listed in Error downloading Creative Cloud applications - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/error-downloading-cc-apps.html?  If so what specific error message are you able to locate with the download logs?

Hi,

the creative cloud application gives me the same message, the problem is that it doesn't identify the number of the error, it only appears the message as the photo of Lukasm12649297.

I also tried to reinstall the creative application and it didn't work.


Could somebody please help me fix this?
