Creative Cloud application ne fonctionne plus

Depuis la nuit dernière, plus de Créative Cloub sur mon I-Mac.

J'ai essayé de réinstallé mais à la fin de l'installation tout disparaît est rien ne travail.

Je peut ouvrir mes applications (photoshop, illustrator, etc ...) mais pas Créative Cloud...

 

Quelqu'un sait-il résoudre ce problème ?

Ma version est Catalina 10.15.7

oui j'ai la dernière version CC 2021 pour photoshop et Illustartor mais il me resté à charger  des mises à jour de la semaine dernière (6 encore à charger) mais la mise à jour de CC app s'est faite et à la suite de cette mise à jour plus moyen d'ouvrir l'appli (fenêtre créative cloud sur le Mac)

Merci à tous pour vos messages, j'ai trouvé la solution.

 

Le système était bloqué. J'ai juste eu à forcer l'arrêt avec le moniteur d'activité, puis le redémarer. cela à tout débeugué.

Kokoro, can you please provide more information. You stated that you installed Photoshop and Illustrator CC on the computer, but then they just disappear?  Are you using the process listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/download-install-app.html to begin the download process?  Do you encounter any specific error messages?  Are any other files or applications being actively removed from the computer?

créative cloud est installé depuis 2018 sur mon I Mac, et après la dernière mise à jour (avant hier soir), plus de créative cloud, mais je peux utiliser tous les logiciels de la suite complète... Et oui en 2018 j'ai fait tout le processus d'installation, jamais de soucis jusqu'à hier soir... j'ai juste essayé de remettre créative cloud après téléchargement du la dernière version (aujourd'hui, après que l'application cc ai disparue) mais à la fin de l'installation tout disparaît.

Thanks, Kokoro. What version of macOS is running on the 2018 iMac?  Are you installing the current version of Photoshop and Illustrator CC? 

 

Finally, was any new software installed on the computer? The behavior you describe could be due to misconfigured system utility.  The utility could either be returning the computer to a previous state which does not include installing the Adobe applications.

restore the cc desktop app from your trash.
