Creative Cloud applications bug

I want to ask on the forum if this ever happened to you. I own a XP13 DELL 16 GB Processor: Intel (R) Core (TM) i7-

8550U CPU OS Microsoft Windows 10 Home new and fully functional with all applications.

For the occasion, I wanted to sign a subscription to ACC. But I believe that I will have to give up because the

assistance failed to solve a strange bug. When I install applications like Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator and

Indesign via ACC, their home pages are perfect in color as we know them. However at the first reboot of the PC the

home pages become ugly and gray as in the attached images. The only one that remains unchanged is that of After

Effects. At this point I don't know if the bug is limited only to the home pages or even involves other parts of the

application. I am therefore very disappointed also because mine is a hobby and not a job and I can afford to be

demanding and want everything to be perfect,

I also lost a lot of time with an available customer care, but unable to give me an explanation and above all solve

the problem.

Thank you all

Could it be due to the fact that I installed the Suite immediately after formatting and reinstalling Win10 and after to adapt the PC to the network I changed its name and that of the network in which it is inserted? It's just a guess because ACC should verify that the user's account is correct regardless of the PC where it is. But the solutions to avoid incorrect uses can be hidden in the program. However I turn the question to the experts.

What is the problem? Apart that your 2 first links are the same, I do not see any problem with what you are showing.
