Creative Cloud applications only available as "Trial"
Hello,
I purchased a Creative Cloud plan several years ago. The payments are up-to-date.
I haved used several applications more or less frequently without any problem.
But now, I cannot open any application installed on my computer and in Creative Cloud application, "Open" buttons are all replaced with "Try" buttons. I only can open "trial" versions for 7 days while I have a Creative Cloud yearly plan...
After updating the Creative Cloud application, I still have the problem.
How can I resolve this?
