Creative Cloud Apps does not open in company environment

same Issue as in Creative Cloud & authenticating proxies? #39 . I created file with Log Collector Tool ('AdobeLogs-20052015-1159-f0135n_0.zip') . How can i provide the log collection archive? I can't find any way to contact support instead of this forum. Thank you!
