Creative Cloud apps not opening

I have CC on my computer with all updated apps. The only app that will open is Illustrator. I have logged out and back in. I've restarted my computer. Trying to reinstall but Adobe site keeps giving me options for plans which I already have and have had for the past 4 years. The only option the website is giving me is to download a trial. Extremely frustrated!
