Creative cloud apps spin/freeze when launching - after upgrade to 2020

In principle I have the same problem since over a week. Today I even went to change the bios because running on 1909 it is supposed to instaal thelatest bios. Some other persons indicated the same. Unfortunately, athough windows became a bit faster for Adobe CC nothing changed. I put the CC app in the not allowed to autostart mode that at least helps in not slowing down the PC, but still using only lightroom and PS start and operate SLOW. I did not even dare to start Prempro

I don't know what to do else; get a new PC but before the 2020 upgrade of Adobe everything worked like a charme. Besides a new computer for CC is relatively expensive (€ 3500 at least). My present one has 64Gig, 8core and K2200 Nvidia. This should I hope be sufficient. At this moment entering further text is also terribly slow. So I will stop

If there is anyone at Adobe who can really help please. I have tried all suggestions till now but no luck
