Creative Cloud Apps wont install to prefered location on MacOS

Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but when I try to set the install location of my Adobe apps to a secondary internal drive it still installs to my system drive in the applications folder.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Use MacOS 10.14.3

2. Go to Creative Cloud's preferences > Creative Cloud > Apps

3. Change the setting of "Install location" to a drive that doesn't host the system.

4. Install a new application such as Photoshop

The app wont be installed to the location set, but to the Applications folder on the system as if I never changed the setting at all.

It technically should install there, but just an FYI, Adobe recommends their apps being installed on your main drive for them to work correctly. You may be able to get them over to the other drive, but there are no guarantees that they will always run correctly.
