creative cloud asking for login

i have a user with an adobe subscription with Adobe standard DC and it comes in the form of Adobe creative cloud. However every time windows loads,

the Adobe creative cloud is asking to login and it's causing annoyance. If the creative cloud is disabled, will the adobe standard work as usual?
