Creative Cloud broke old Photoshop version.
I bought photoshop. Multiple times. I did not register it when I bought. I do not have serial keys still. I do not have order numbers still. It was a long time ago that I made my purchases. I regularly used photoshop cs5. My product worked fine until adobe creative cloud broke my product. Now I'm being forced to buy a new product if I want something that will still do what I was using photoshop for. After speaking to several people and MANY hours on call, I was hung up on, after even having apologized to the operator I spoke with for if I had seemed upset. Something I bought, from them, has been broken, and I'm expected to buy another? I would like reimbursement for what I had that was broken, or just a new copy of photoshop. That's all.
