Creative Cloud cant update

When I update Creatuve Cloud, appears a dialog, said:" We meet the following problem, cant install creative cloud desktop "(translate from Chinese), Whats wrong??

    Does Creative Cloud cant update under Win7 64bit??

    I use Win7 64bit, all other Adobe software i installed are no problem.
