Question

Creative Cloud causing strange error from Kaspersky Security Cloud at machine boot.

Every time I boot my  computer since I installed Creative Cloud, Kaspersky Security Cloud is showing the following error:

ccxproces-12348759145.reg is attempting to create an embedded key or parameter in a protected registry key (Operating System / Startup Settings)

The number after ccxprocess changes randomly at each boot.

Kaspersky asks if I should allow this or not each time. Since the name of the file changes each time, I cannot tell Kaspersky to trust the app. Creative cloud seems to work regardless of if I choose to permit this action or not.

What is going on here? Is it important? How can I stop this popping up every time?

I have attached an image of the problem

Thanks a lot

the creative cloud app is trying to add itself to your startup programs.

add the cc app to the kaspersky list of trusted programs and see if that solves the problem after your next restart.
