Hi,

I am signed up with Creative Cloud under my school account and somehow I am still being charged each month for adobe creative cloud. I m supoosed to have free access to this program for one year while I am attending school. I have tried contacting adobe seversl times, but no luck. Can anyone help me find out how I can get my money refunded back to me?

Thanks.

That is not what you said in your first post. Or not what you inferred. You made it sound like you had just started your schools free CC plan and Adobe was also, at the same time, charging you a monthly fee.

Now you say the 1 year free subscription is over and you now have to pay for that subscription.

That is different from what you inferred.

So in the future I suggest you read the fine print on anything you sign up for.

Adobe has an Automatic Renewal system for all their subscription plans. If you do not manually Cancel that subscription, before the renewal date, it will Automatically Renew.

In any event you need to contact Adobe directly.

I suggest you talk to your school.

Did you have an Adobe CC subscription before you went to school? If you did then that is what you are being charged for.

See if this link helps. If it doesn't then I suggest talking to the school.

No I think what happened is that when my one year access to Adobe apps expired, I was charged monthly fees after that. All I am asking for is a refund.
