Creative Cloud claims all apps are updated when they are not

Hi,

I have a creative cloud membership and I am using the apps on two different computers running W7 64bit. On one of the computers - Creative Cloud shows notifications about apdates and I am able to install these. On the other computer however, it says that all apps are updated. Inside the individual apps - the menu option Updates is greyed out.

I am logged in with my accound and I can install applications. However - it does not seem to install the latest latest version. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling Photoshop CC today (Sep 10th) and got version 14.0 20130423.r.221. On my other computer - it updated to 14.1.

No error messages whatsoever - it just claims that everything is already updated.

Thanks for any and all suggestions

Hi Tomas614,

Could you please try uninstalling and reinstalling the CC Desktop apps. Once done please check whether you are able to download and install the updates or not.

If the above mentioned steps doesnt work then please uninstal the CC Applications and delete the Adobe folders from the these locations.

Windows:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files

C:\Program Files (x86)

C:\Users\(Your username)\AppData\Local.

Reinstall all the applications again and try updating them.

Hope it helps.

regards,

Abhijit
