I want to remove all my old adobe programs. Because of facing troubles with downloading programs and the Creative Cloud.

Hanging at 21.5%. In earlier posts I saw you need to use the creative cloud cleaner tool. I downloaded it. Tried to uninstall programms (that doesn't seems to work right either.) And then using the creative cloud cleaner tool. But it doesn't work after a while its not responding. And needed to force Quit the application. Did this now for 5 times, after restarting the computer several times, but it's not responding and doesn't work.

Please some tips!!

You need a computer that meets or exceeds the minimum system requirements to run Creative Cloud and your various other apps.  See links below.

You also need a computer user profile with full administrative level permissions to remove/install software.  If this is a Team or Enterprise account, talk to your IT dept for assistance.

If you recently upgraded to Mac Catalina, 32-bit uninstallers won't run.  You'll need to remove those apps manually or revert back to your previous OS.

I am having the same problem. Running Catalina 10.15.7 on a MacPro 2019. Just want to uninstall some old Adobe apps and seems the only way is with Creative Cloud Cleaner tool. Downloaded and installed fine, however, when I try to click on "Try Uninstall", nothing happens and when I click on "Clean Up now" it hangs up and is unresponsive and I have to Force Quit. It is not a problem with the computer or my permissions. Presumably, this tool is to allow me to uninstall these older Apps.

Any other ideas?
