Creative Cloud closes as soon as it begins to download the program

I open the Creative Cloud downloader.  Adobe pops up and says "Initializing Installer".  As soon as that switches to download the program closes.  I've tried the cleaner tool, I've deleted the folders in my Common Files and x86 (yes, I'm on Windows) folder, and tried running everything as the admin.  It still does the same thing.

Please try to run the program as an administrator, if that doesn't work enable hidden admin account using:  https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff794978(v=winembedded.60).aspx and share the results.
