Creative Cloud Constantly Logging Out!

I have been having an on-going issue where creative cloud automitacally signs me out every few minutes, something that is causing no end of issues while trying to use InDesign especially as i use downloaded fonts, so they keep crashing.

I have spent probably 20-25 hours on chat with support who have tried everything from the list they give over to completely wiping my laptop of Adobe and re-installing. I am using a Dell Inspiron with touch screen that has been designed to use with apps like ID and PS.

Unfortunately there is no email to get anyone past the call centre in Adobe to look at this issue so am wondering if anyone else has had this issue or if anyone knows an email for complaints to Adobe

Already tried all of those and it has not helped

I have this same issue and spent 2 hours on the phone with someone who even changed security and administrative settings, but nothing changed. It's still happening.
