Creative Cloud crash and payment details

Hello!

I am an Australian Design student who is on a monthly plan for the Adobe Suite software however as of today when signing in I am asked to "buy now" or "start free trial." I have been using this software for months and have never had an issue - I looked on my PayPal account and the last payment was withdrawn under a month ago and the status is still active. I'm not sure why this is happening?

Also, when using InDesign I have started to experience the rainbow wheel and it crashes within 2 minutes of opening the program. I have a Macbook Pro and all the software is up to date. Not sure why this is happening.

Thank you for posting your query here.

Since you mentioned that Creative Cloud Software were working fine for months and only today, it is asking you to Buy or use Trial, were there any recent changes made on the device or are you trying to use the product on another computer? If no changes were recently made and you are using the same device, please Launch Creative Cloud App and click on your Avatar icon and Sign out from the Creative Cloud App.

Once done, please Open Mac Activity Monitor (if you are using a Mac) or Windows Task Manager (in case of Windows computer) and Close all Adobe processes like AdobeCreativeCloud, Coresync, CClibrary, AGMService, etc. And then try Launching Creative Cloud App and Sign in with your registered email address on which the Subscription is registered.

Please let us know if that works.

Thank you.
